Keely Ginley BSN, RN - Charge Nurse & Aesthetic Injector
At Alaska Center for Oral and Facial Surgery, our team is our greatest asset, and few shine brighter than Keely Ginley. A dedicated Charge Nurse and Aesthetic Injector, Keely has graced our facility with her expertise and compassionate care for nearly eight years. Her extensive qualifications and commitment to patient health and aesthetic satisfaction make her an invaluable part of our practice and a beloved figure among our patients and colleagues.
A Wealth of Certifications and Expertise
Keely's impressive credentials are a testament to her dedication to excellence in patient care. She holds a Registered Nurse Alaska National Board License, set to expire in 2026, alongside multiple certifications in the dental and healthcare realm. Among these, her certifications as a Dental Anesthesia Assistant and Dental Assistant showcase her diverse skill set, while her Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) qualifications illustrate her preparedness for any situation that may arise. Keely’s recent attainment of the AAFE Botox/Filler Level 1 certification highlights her ongoing commitment to expanding her expertise in aesthetic medicine.
Four Years as Clinical Charge Nurse
For the past four years, Keely has taken on the pivotal role of Clinical Charge Nurse at our Accredited Surgery Center. In this capacity, she excels at managing operations and ensuring that everything runs efficiently, all while maintaining a calm and welcoming environment for patients. Her leadership qualities not only inspire her colleagues but also foster an atmosphere of teamwork and collaboration that ultimately enhances patient care.
Fostering Trust Through Personalized Care
What sets Keely apart is her unwavering belief in building strong, trusting relationships with her patients. Every appointment begins with a sincere conversation, where she listens attentively to understand her patients’ concerns and desires. This personalized approach allows her to collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that align with each patient's goals. She recognizes that aesthetic procedures are deeply personal and works diligently to create a safe space where patients can express their wishes and concerns without hesitation.
The “Less is More” Philosophy
Keely champions a conservative approach to aesthetic enhancements, adhering to the principle that “less is more.” This philosophy reflects her commitment to enhancing her patients’ natural beauty rather than transforming their appearances. Through her meticulous attention to detail, she ensures that results not only meet but exceed expectations, allowing patients to leave her care feeling rejuvenated and confident. This patient-first mindset is at the heart of Keely's practice and resonates deeply with all who meet her.
Personal Life: An Alaskan at Heart
Born and raised in Alaska, Keely embodies the spirit of resilience and adventure that our state is known for. After completing her dual bachelor’s degrees in Biological Science and Nursing Science at the University of Alaska, she chose to further her career locally, building a strong connection with the community. Outside of her professional life, Keely enjoys spending time outdoors in Eagle River with her fiancé and their two dogs. Fishing and traveling are her passions, reflecting her love for adventure and exploration, which she brings into both her personal and professional life.
